Make a note of what you are feeling during the times you experience any of these symptoms. Compare your feelings and attitude to life when you are symptom free?
Do the symptoms arise before, during or after stressful events, or experiences that have disturbed, upset or frightened you? Note what these symptoms say on your behalf that you cannot do in words.

Scoring:
If you selected “Frequently” 7 or more times, or you got a score of 10 by combining “Sometimes” or “Frequently”, it seems that your body may be taking on the burden of speaking for you. You could benefit from seeking a consultation to determine what desires, needs and wants you are not attending to in a way that is useful to you.

If you selected “Sometimes” 7 or more times, or 5 “Sometimes” and 2 “Frequently” it suggests that your body is speaking for some aspects of your stress, discomfort and distress, but that you probably have some more direct ways of voicing your needs, wants and desires.
